Terms of Service

Last updated · 16 February 2026

Welcome to BrightBharat ("we", "our", "us"). BrightBharat is operated by AgroWare Creations. By accessing or using brightbharat.news (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who we are

BrightBharat is an editorial news product owned and operated by AgroWare Creations. We publish daily positive-tone briefs on Indian current affairs, business, startups, government schemes, good news, and India-relevant global developments. Content is generated with the assistance of large language models and reviewed by an editorial AI review agent before publication (see our AI Disclosure).

2. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you register on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Premium subscriptions are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us and Stripe to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, as selected). You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as described in Section 6.

4. Editorial content and no-advice disclaimer

BrightBharat publishes journalism and analysis for general information only. Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, legal, tax, medical, or professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional before acting on any information you read here. See our Disclaimer for the full statement.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) copy, redistribute, or resell our content without written permission; (b) use automated tools to scrape or mass-download the Service; (c) attempt to interfere with the Service's operation or security; (d) upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing material; (e) impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by writing to agrowarecreations@gmail.com. Refunds for accidental or duplicate charges are generally issued within 7 business days. We do not offer prorated refunds for the unused portion of a subscription term.

7. Intellectual property

All content published on the Service is either owned by BrightBharat or licensed to us. You may share short excerpts with attribution and a link back. All trademarks and logos are the property of their respective owners.

8. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party providers (currently Stripe for payments, and large language model providers for content generation). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies.

9. Warranties and liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BrightBharat disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. In no event will our aggregate liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold BrightBharat harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you materially breach these Terms. On termination, sections that by their nature should survive (IP, liability, indemnity, dispute resolution) will continue in effect.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Service will be resolved by binding arbitration seated in Bengaluru, Karnataka, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The language of arbitration is English. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via the Service or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
